Novita provides 10 years of warranty for Compressor of Dehumidifiers but we Matski Trading LLC as distributor provides 1 year of warranty to our customers and after sale service also.

Novita Dehumidifiers all models have built in Air Purifier for that Filters will be provided separate and can be replaced after 6 months or 1 year depending upon the life of filter. We provide 1 year pack to our customers so that they dont have to worry for 1 year.

All Novita Models have drainage hose for continuous water drainage. Tank is also inside the dehumidifier
